Service Description
Professional mediation services designed to voluntarily resolve conflicts efficiently. Utilizing two decades of litigation and trial experience, Parisi Law & Mediations, P.A. offers specialized and dedicated full day mediation for complex and multi-party legal disputes, including Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Nursing Home/Elder Law, Contract Dispute, Landlord Tenant, Defamation, and Family Law.
Cancellation Policy
The parties agree to pay a booking fee of $450.00. This fee holds the calendar spot and will apply toward the scheduled event. If the mediation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event, the booking fee becomes nonrefundable. If the mediation is rescheduled, the booking fee transfers to the rescheduled event. Please note, the calendar date and time is not secure or deemed held until the booking fee is received. Mediation Rates: Half Day Traditional (2 parties): $225 per hour, per party with a two hour minimum. Full Day Traditional (2 parties): $225 per hour, per party with a three hour minimum. Half Day Traditional (3+ parties): $200 per hour, per party with a two hour minimum. Full Day Traditional (3+ parties): $200 per hour, per party with a three hour minimum.
