Paula Lozano Parisi spent twenty years as a medical malpractice and nursing home abuse litigator and trial attorney in Florida. Her physician and hospital defense practice had a heavy emphasis on birth-related injury, stroke and failure to diagnose cases. In 2022, Paula began monitoring and assisting on the plaintiff's side of medical malpractice cases. In 2025, Paula received her certification as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator. Her diverse mediation practice includes medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, personal injury, contract disputes, landlord tenant, family matters, and more.

Paula graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law f/k/a Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2001 and became licensed in Florida and Texas. The first five years of Paula's legal practice included medical malpractice and nursing home defense, trucking defense, personal injury defense, plaintiff's contract dispute, plaintiff's defamation claims, family law, and wills and estates. In 2006, joined Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in Tampa, where she became partner and managed a medical malpractice and nursing home defense book of business for nearly a decade. In 2016, Paula relocated her legal practice and family to the Sarasota-Bradenton area when she joined her former partners at Walters, Levine, Parisi & DeGrave.

In 2022, Paula took a sabbatical from the chaos of litigation and trial work. She enjoyed traveling and invaluable time with her young son during his most critical years of development. During her time away from full time legal work, Paula managed her son's therapy, volunteered at school and church, led multiple small groups in the "My Freedom Ministry" at Bayside Community Church, wrote and published the Garrison the Garbage Truck children's book series, wrote and published a faith-based book about redemption through a relationship with Jesus, enjoyed speaking engagements at faith-based conferences, and continues to lead a women's Bible study group.
