Service Description
Professional mediation services designed to voluntarily resolve conflicts efficiently. Utilizing two decades of litigation and trial experience, Parisi Law & Mediations, P.A. offers specialized half day mediation for non-complex legal disputes, including Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Nursing Home/Elder Law, Contract Dispute, and Landlord Tenant.
Cancellation Policy
The parties agree to pay a nonrefundable fee of $450.00. This fee holds the calendar spot and will apply toward the scheduled event. If the mediation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event, the booking fee remains nonrefundable. If the mediation is rescheduled, the original booking fee transfers to the rescheduled event. Please note, the calendar date and time is not secure or deemed held until the booking fee is received. Mediation Rates: Half Day Traditional (2 parties): $225 per hour, per party with a two hour minimum. Full Day Traditional (2 parties): $225 per hour, per party with a three hour minimum. Half Day Traditional (3+ parties): $200 per hour, per party with a two hour minimum. Full Day Traditional (3+ parties): $200 per hour, per party with a three hour minimum. All minimum payments must be received prior to the mediation opening statements.
